You’ll be learning body weight, calisthenics or exercises that use simple tools like jump ropes. These you can do anywhere, even at home after the Group Fitness ends. You’ll be getting a wealth of information that you can use the rest of your life.
As your fitness level improves, the trainer modifies your program to reflect that improvement, so you’ll always be working toward maximum ability.
You’ll get the services of a personal trainer, but at a fraction of the cost. That’s because everyone shares the cost of the trainer’s time so it’s less per capita.
You’ll work on all types of fitness, from balance and strength to flexibility and endurance, which improves your functional fitness.
There’s a great deal of encouragement from fellow participants, since everyone knows how hard it is to achieve personal goals.
